We recommend booking every game in advance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to accommodate walk-ins. Online reservations close 4 hours before the game, but that doesn’t mean we can’t welcome you! For last-minute bookings, it’s best to give us a call.

No worries at all – things happen! Just let us know as soon as possible. If it’s a last-minute change, please give us a call so we can sort it quickly.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your visit, we can offer a full refund. If it’s less than 24 hours, a refund may not be possible.

Each room can accommodate a minimum of 2 players and a maximum of 5–7 players, depending on the room. The total capacity across all rooms is 30 players, but we can allow 1 extra person per room if needed. In such cases, please contact us by email or phone.

An Escape Room is not a haunted house, so you won’t get scared! While both have themed rooms, the experience is very different. In NoEscape – Escape Room Cork, you interact with the room: solve puzzles, use your brain, and put your skills to the test. In a haunted house, the room interacts with you — in an escape room, you’re in control, not just a spectator.

Generally, our games aren’t meant to be scary, but please note that the TRAPPED theme may not be suitable for young children, as it includes some darkness and mild gore elements.

You have 60 minutes to complete your mission ⏳😊

We’ll start with a short briefing, and after the game you’ll have a few minutes for photos and a quick wrap-up. Your whole visit usually takes no more than 90 minutes.

Our games are generally suitable for all ages, but children under 12 must be accompanied by at least one adult present in the room during the game.

We strongly recommend arriving 15 minutes before your game starts.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your time in the escape room, and unfortunately, no refunds can be given in this case.
